Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all CBD, hemp, Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10, HHC, THC-O, and edible products are final sale once opened or used.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is in resalable condition

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Edibles, tinctures, cartridges, disposables, or flower once opened
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is verified.
Shipping Issues
Great CBDs Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance when available.
